5 - Returns and Exchanges
Our Customer Service department provides after sales service to solve any problem with our items , providing a fast and very effective. We have pride the high level of satisfaction of our clients and reputation of our service , however as provided in Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 of the Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002 of December 19 , if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order , you have 24 business hours, counting from the date of delivery to return it.
